I will make sure Tina Fajardo will see your comment. Regarding mountaineering, the difficulty depends on the mountain that you will conquer. However, regardless of how 'minor' the mountain can be, there is still that 'difficult aspect' of mountaineering that will make you sweat a bit. But the beauty of mountaineering is why most of us climb; the whole experience between the jump off and the peak and of course, reaching the summit.
