The BACKPACKERS had no slated event for the long weekend covering Bonifacio Day but it did not mean that it will stop them from individually enjoying the holiday. Ever since the President started altering holiday celebrations in the Philippines so that it can be moved close to a Saturday or Sunday, long weekend holidays became a thing everyone's excited for. But since Bonifacio Day fell exactly on a Friday, we did not need to wait for any long weekend announcements to start planning on an adventure.

So where did The BACKPACKERS go this most recent long weekend?

BPs Marion and Nick in Bataan and Subic!

BACKPACKERS Marion and Nick found themselves travelling to the historic town of Bataan to conquer Mt. Samat in Pilar, Bataan and adopting a baby pawikan in Morong, Bataan! Then, they headed to Subic for a fun filled Zoobic Safari Adventure!

Aside from Bonifacio Day, BACKPACKER Chons celebrated LOVE this long weekend at the quaint town of Siniloan in Laguna.

BACKPACKERS Angel, Clue, Weng and Heinz visited BP Ivan's hometown; Norzagaray, Bulacan, which celebrates its town fiesta every 30th of November (exactly on Bonifacio Day).
